Log-In Help

Having trouble logging in? Here are some quick guides to logging in to the OneCity Health LMS. The process is a bit different for H+H employees than it is for others, so keep that in mind as you’re trying to log in.

Note: these instructions take place from the homepage of the LMS.

If you follow these steps and still cannot log in, please email support@hwapps.org.

Logging in with an H+H account

If your email address ends with @nychhc.org, you need to log in to the OCH LMS a little differently. Instead of entering your information in the email and password fields that are displayed on the homepage, you’ll want to click on H+H Employee? Sign-in here. This will either log you in automatically, or you will be taken to a page where you can input your H+H ID and password. Once you do that, you will be logged in and good to go.

If you don’t know your ID or password, you will need to reach out to H+H IT to get that resolved. 

Logging in with a non-H+H account

If your email address does not end with @nychhc.org, then you can log in via the Email and Password fields on the homepage. Simply imput the information and then click Sign In.

If you would like for the system to remember your information for the next time you log in, you can check off Remember Me before signing in.

If you don’t know your password, you can click the button below to reset it.
